The hiring of a highly qualified and experienced engineer who will head up a newly created "City Planning" department.
Goal #5 - City Planner
The hiring of a highly qualified and experienced planner to help map out the future growth and improvement of our city, including a total overhaul of our current zoning system.
Goal #6 - City Charter Amendments
Complete City Charter amendments to be placed on the November ballot including Term Limits for City Council and moving city elections from May to November.
Goal #7 - City Sports Complex
Initiate a study for the planning, financing and construction of a comprehensive new "Sports Complex" including Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Bleachers, concessions, public restrooms and ample parking.
Goal #8 - Fairview Maintenance Building
Begin and complete the construction of the new maintenance building for our crew and equipment. (all cash - no financing)
